Golden Goat Caviar - Kaluga (Huso & Acipenser Dauricus Schrenki)

Kaluga is indigenous to the Amur River and is therefore sometimes referred to as River Beluga Hybrid. The caviar is sustainably farmed in the mountains southwest of Shanghai, in the Thousand Island Lake natural reserve. It consists of large, light-brown to rich-brown beads, with a firm texture, and sweet notes of hazelnut.
