  1. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on 6/24/2024 and ending on 7/03/2024 log on to https://www.instagram.com/thelinzshop/, follow our Instagram account and tag 2 or more friends in the comment section on any of our official giveaway posts. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not circumvent the rules.
  2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C. and persons 18 years of age and older as of [6/24/2024]. The following are not eligible to enter promotion or claim a prize:(a) Meats By Linz, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”); (b) Sponsor’s and Promotion Parties’ officers, directors, partners, equity holders, members and agents; (c) officers and employees of advertising, public relations, sales promotion agencies and other contractors engaged by the Sponsor or Promotion Parties who are directly involved in the Promotion; and (d) any spouse, child, or family member residing as a member of the same households in the principal place of residence of any person designated in (a) through (d). Void where prohibited.
  3. DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor to select the winner(s) from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Potential winners will be notified by email, message or post and must sign and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within 7 days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sponsor.  Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of the prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.  All taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the exclusive and sole Promotion responsibility of winner.  Winners may be required to provide his or her Social Security number and appropriate tax documentation for tax reporting purposes. If required, Sponsor will file an IRS Form 1099 or similar document with the Internal Revenue Service for the fair market value of any prize. By entering this sweepstake, the entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters.  Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Sponsor and/or Promotion Parties to use the winner’s name and likeness, and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. Comments made by a winner in a social media format containing material that is deemed by the sole discretion of the Promotion Parties as inappropriate, offensive, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous, or libelous may disqualify the winner from any prize. All federal and state laws apply.
  4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering this sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Sponsor and any Promotion Parties harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS PROMOTION, OR AWARDING OF A PRIZES, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.  Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes; for acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage, or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of the Promotion, and/or the fulfillment of any prizes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prizes. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify this sweepstake in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form. All travel risks, insurance, loss, or damage due to prize acceptance or use are the sole responsibility of the winners. The Promotion Parties will not be responsible for any loss, liability, or damage arising out of a winner’s acceptance or use of a prize or element thereof. Prizes are not exchangeable or otherwise transferable.
  5. PRIZE: (2) 30 oz Prime Tomahawks, (2) 30 oz Dry Aged Tomahawks, (2) 38 oz Wagyu Tomahawks, (1) herb butter pack, (1) truffle butter topping, (1) lobster butter pack, (1) Linz Seasoning Pack, (1) Pit Boss Sportsman 820 Grill. Limit one prize per family or household. One winner will be selected from the Linz Shop Instagram. No substitution or transfer of prize by winners will be permitted by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded.  If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.
  6. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Illinois, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstake and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Chicago, Illinois.
