MEET JAMES, Owner of Grill Nation

“My passion for grilling started early—growing up, I spent countless hours around the grill with my family. Whether it was steaks, chicken, burgers, or hot dogs, those moments with my brothers became some of my favorite memories.

Grilling, to me, has always been about more than just food. It’s about time together, bonding, and creating lifelong memories. What began as a hobby quickly turned into a career, and now my mission is to share techniques, recipes, and tools that help others create unforgettable food moments through the joy of grilling.

I’ve been a longtime fan of The Linz Shop team and have had the pleasure of working with them for a couple years. Partnering with a family-owned business that produces top-tier, consistently high-quality proteins felt like the perfect match. These steaks are served at some of the most renowned steakhouses in the country—and now, I get to share my favorite cuts with you.
