Product Overview

Bone-In Tenderloin Filet | Linz Heritage Angus Reserve

12 oz | 4 pc

The Tenderloin is a long, narrow section of meat from the Loin known for being the most tender section of our Black Angus Cattle. One half of a Porterhouse steak, the bone in tenderloin filet offers the tenderness of a classic filet mignon with added flavor from the bone you can't resist. This rare cut is perfect for the steak lover who loves flavor but is not a big fan of fat. Our bone-in filets are wet-aged for up to 35 days to ensure excellent taste and tenderness before being hand-cut in our cutting room. Our bone-in tenderloin filets are sourced from our herd of cattle to ensure the highest quality beef. Our Linz Heritage Angus line is world-class in Black Angus genetics by perfecting our breeding techniques, providing a safe environment that honors the animals' quality of life, and finishing our cattle with the best corn feed. Is bone-in better? When cooking our bone-in products, the heat will transfer slower, allowing the steak to retain its moisture and juiciness. Ultimately, it depends on preference but no matter what Linz steak you get, you'll get a cut that is full of flavor.
